Refund policy

This policy applies to paid Amaneki subscriptions (Hobby, Pro, Pro Plus) billed monthly or annually through our payment processor.
14-day free trial
Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will never be billed.
Cancellation after the trial
You can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing [email protected]. After cancellation your API key remains active until the end of the current billing period, then stops.
Monthly plans
No prorated refunds for unused time in the current month. If you cancel on day 20 of a 30-day cycle, you keep access through day 30 but we do not refund the remaining 10 days.
Annual plans
No prorated refunds for unused months on mid-term cancellation. The discount on annual billing reflects the annual commitment.
Billing errors
If you are billed in error — duplicate charge, subscription not canceled despite a documented cancellation request, or charge after revocation — email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge and we will refund the erroneous amount in full. Please include your subscription email, the transaction reference, and a short description.
Service unavailability
We commit to a 99.9% uptime target, measured monthly. If actual uptime over a calendar month falls below 99.0%, customers affected during that month may request a service credit equal to one month of their subscription fee, applied to the next invoice. Request via [email protected] within 14 days of the month end.
Chargebacks
Please email us before initiating a chargeback. In almost every case we will resolve the issue faster than the bank can. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in immediate service termination.
