What we collect
- API calls: endpoint, HTTP status, latency, api-key id, user-agent. No request bodies, no response bodies.
- Page views: path, referrer, country (from Cloudflare), a daily-rotating sha256 hash of IP and user-agent. The raw IP is not stored.
- Email signups: the email address and the form it came from.
- Paid accounts: email from Stripe, Stripe customer id, subscription id. No card data — Stripe holds that.
- Regime events: timestamps and regime transitions. This is public market-derived data, not personal data.
What we don't collect
- We do not use Google Analytics, Meta pixel, or any third-party tracker.
- We do not store raw IP addresses.
- We do not sell, share, or rent any data to third parties.
How long we keep it
- API call logs: 90 days.
- Page views: 365 days.
- Email signups: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete.
- Paid account records: while the subscription is active + 7 years for tax purposes (Japanese law).
Cookies
We don't set cookies. Stripe's hosted checkout sets its own session cookies while you are on checkout.stripe.com.
External-send notice (日本：外部送信規律)
Pages on amaneki.com transmit a small usage beacon (path, referrer, country from Cloudflare, hashed User-Agent, hashed client IP) to api.amaneki.com, and request routing goes through Cloudflare. Neither sets a browser cookie, but both count as "external sending" under Japan's amended Telecommunications Business Act.
本サイトは閲覧時に、アクセスされたパス／リファラ／Cloudflare が判定する国コード／ハッシュ化された User-Agent と IP を api.amaneki.com へ送信します。またすべての通信は Cloudflare を経由します。目的は「サイト稼働状況の把握」「不正アクセス防止」のみで、第三者への提供や広告配信には使用しません。
Third parties
- Stripe — payment processing. Their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
- Fly.io — API hosting.
- Cloudflare — landing and edge proxy.
- Sentry — error tracking (exception traces may include request paths).
- Binance, Coinbase, Bybit — market data sources; we call their public endpoints.
