Terms of service
Last updated 2026-04-16.
These terms govern your use of the Amaneki API and amaneki.com. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
Amaneki is a volatility-regime detection API for cryptocurrency markets. We compute regime labels from public exchange data and expose them over REST and WebSocket.
Free tier
Anyone may call the public endpoints without signing up, subject to a per-IP rate limit (currently 60 requests per minute). We may change this limit at any time.
Paid tier
Billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal; access continues until the end of the current period. We do not store card details.
API keys
API keys are shown once at issuance and never again. You are responsible for keeping your key secret; requests made with it are billed against your account. Notify us at [email protected] to revoke a leaked key.
Not investment advice
Regime labels are quantitative classifications of recent volatility, not predictions and not advice. Nothing on this site or in the API is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Trading cryptocurrencies involves material risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
Data sources
Market data is sourced from Binance, Coinbase and Bybit public endpoints. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of exchange data. When an exchange is unreachable, affected responses are returned with reduced venue coverage.
Availability
We run the service on best-effort basis. We do not offer a contractual SLA at this tier. Status and recent uptime are published at amaneki.com/status.
Acceptable use
Do not redistribute raw API responses as a competing data feed. Do not use the service to mass-scrape or DDoS. Do not use automated sign-ups to evade rate limits. We may terminate accounts violating these rules without refund.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amaneki is provided without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Amaneki be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to trading losses. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via the email address on file for paid accounts.
